My Homeseeker, LLC, has positions available in our sales department. This position is commission based and all payments will be made via PayPal every week or by check twice a month to the address registered. To set up a PayPal acccount go to www.PayPal.com . This position is for an Independent Contractor (you work for yourself). Going forward the term Affiliate will be used to identify your position. At the end of the year there will be a 1099 mailed reflecting the income you have earned. It is your responsibility to file your taxes accordingly. Commissions on all sales is 50%.


A W-9 form is included in this registration and must be completed, signed and mailed back to : My Homeseeker LLC. P O Box 851, Roseland, FL 32957. No commissions will be paid until we receive your completed W-9 and Picture ID. However, you may begin working as soon as you register. Picture ID may be Driver's License, State ID, Military ID or Passport.


This position consists of but not limited to: Selling Listings to FSBO (for sale by owner) that includes single family homes, land and mutli unit buildings, marinas and commercial properties. This is a flat fee for the life of the ad. You are encouraged to contact Real Estate offices to sell them sales packages for a small yearly fee. (see fee schedule). This package is good for their entire office. (each branch needs to purchase individual package(s).

Registration Fee: There is small $10 registration fee to cover registration and processing expenses. This is a one time fee and you will make that up as soon as you make your first sale.
